Easter Service
Welcome to Monticello Baptist Church online—and Happy Easter! We’re grateful you’re worshiping with us today as we celebrate the resurrection of Jesus Christ—the hope of the world and our victory over sin and death.
This morning, Pastor David Artessa will preach a special Easter message titled “What Do You See at the Grave?” from 1 Corinthians 15:3–5. The resurrection of Jesus is not just something we celebrate—it is something that calls for a response. On that first Easter morning, people came to the same empty tomb, saw the same evidence, and yet responded in very different ways.
That same question confronts us today: What do you see?
Because if Jesus truly rose from the grave, then everything changes—sin is paid for, death is defeated, and hope is alive.
As we worship through music, Scripture, and the preaching of God’s Word, our prayer is that you will not simply observe the empty tomb—but respond to the risen Savior with faith, trust, and worship.
