Welcome To Our Sunday Morning Livestream
Welcome to Monticello Baptist Church online! We’re grateful you’re worshiping with us today as we conclude our series, TRUTH: Living with a Biblical Worldview.
Over the past several weeks, we have explored some of life’s biggest questions: Where did we come from? What went wrong? Is there any hope? And now we arrive at the final question: Where is all of this going?
This Sunday, Pastor David Artessa will bring a message from Revelation 21:1–5 titled “Restoration: Where History Is Going.” In these closing chapters of Scripture, God pulls back the curtain and gives us a glimpse of the future He has promised. We discover that history is not moving toward chaos, but toward restoration. God is making all things new.
In a world marked by brokenness, grief, suffering, and loss, Revelation 21 reminds us that these things will not have the final word. One day, God will restore His creation, dwell with His people forever, and remove every effect of sin and death. The Christian worldview ultimately leads us not to despair, but to hope—a hope anchored in the promises of Jesus Christ.
We will also celebrate the Ordinance of Believer’s Baptism, rejoicing in the new life that Christ gives and the future hope that belongs to all who trust in Him.
Whether you are walking through a season of joy or carrying a heavy burden, our prayer is that this service will lift your eyes beyond today’s struggles and remind you of the glorious future God has prepared for His people.
