Engagement: How Do We Live?
Welcome to Monticello Baptist Church online! We’re grateful you’re worshiping with us today as we continue our series, TRUTH: Living with a Biblical Worldview.
This Sunday, Pastor David Artessa will be preaching a message titled “Engagement: How Do We Live?” from 1 Peter 3:13–17. After exploring what Christians believe, we now turn to an important question: How do we faithfully live out our faith in a world that doesn't always share our convictions?
Peter calls believers to neither blend into the culture nor become hostile toward it. Instead, we are to honor Christ as Lord, be prepared to share the hope we have, and do so with gentleness and respect. God calls us to live with conviction, clarity, and compassion as we point others to Jesus.
During our service, we'll also hear from our students as they share how God worked in and through them during Mission Mania this past week. We look forward to celebrating what the Lord has done and how He is continuing to use the next generation to make His name known.
As we worship together through song, prayer, and the preaching of God's Word, our prayer is that this service will encourage you to stand firmly for Christ while reflecting His grace to the world around you.
