Trust God, Not Yourself
Join us this Sunday for a special worship service as we begin with a time of prayer for our nation in honor of the July 4 holiday. We’ll reflect with gratitude on the freedoms we enjoy and ask God to lead us in humility, wisdom, and truth.
As part of our Words to Live By summer series, Pastor David Artessa will bring a message titled “Trust God, Not Yourself” from Proverbs 3:5–6. These familiar verses offer more than a comforting promise—they offer a radical invitation to surrender our own understanding and follow the Lord in every area of life. We’ll be challenged to trust God with our hearts, our habits, our perspective, and even the parts of life we struggle to control.
