Declare God's Character
Welcome to Monticello Baptist Church online! We’re grateful you’re worshiping with us today as we continue our 2026 sermon series, DECLARE: God’s Mighty Acts to Another.
This Sunday, Pastor David Artessa brings a message from Psalm 145:8–9 titled “Declare God’s Character.” In these powerful verses, David reminds us that God is gracious, merciful, slow to anger, and abounding in steadfast love. Before we can faithfully declare what God has done, we must understand who He is.
When we truly grasp God’s character, we don’t just admire Him—we trust Him. And when we trust Him, His character begins to shape our own. As we step further into this year of declaration, we are reminded that the world may question God’s heart—but they should see it reflected in His people.
